“It was fairly easy to redeem my free birthday game with my husband. The staff were nice and welcoming. Our host was Robby, he was nice and helped us out tremendously. He also gave options in how we would like his help. For example, he asked if we would prefer to just press the button for a hint or have him help nudge us in the right direction when we were taking too long on a certain puzzle. “Really fun escape room, lots of unique puzzles and some good surprises. Staff was all very friendly. Only downside side compared to other escape rooms is that they let multiple groups book a space, I do prefer private. But we knew it in advance so no big deal. Would still recommend.”

“It was fun to explore a part of Chicago we may not have ever thought to go to. The experience also brings you into different shops and bars, which was a little odd with kids. It has you open the box and start the mystery on an intersection which made it hard to hear the video. Would be better to open the box and hear the video in the car before hand. We all finished with mixed feelings about this. The clues are challenging and the teens in our group lost interest halfway.”
